Worst site ever to try and log into. I have never been able to log directly into my account to view my paystubs without getting one of the following messages:
....loading (loops and loops around)
...Application token must be supplied....
...getting User List for dbid....

Site is very frustrating!

MY PERFECT DREAM would be the administratior of viewmypaycheck could enter new employees in viewmypacheck and initiate as much payroll statistical infromation as possible that was uploaded to quickbooks to be veried or completed. This remote new employee entry process would start the employee in quickbooks as well as get the invitation started. Much time would be saved, and errors prevented with new employee signups

Attach a pdf doc to stubs with viewed / received validation sent to employer. This is the all around solution for the changing workplace where employee do all work remotley and don't come to office. We need a way to give notices and verify them received for legal and management reasons. Viewmypaycheck addressing this issue would eliminate the duplication process of the business needed to solve these issues through a cloud. Viewmypaycheck is a remote management concept. The weakness in that is the need to bring the employee to the office any way to give them the document.

2012 w2s are not in viewmypaycheck... only 2011. This needs to be fixed.

Im sending significant time update emails or making error corrections. This is one of the few items left that keep the process from being controlled and managed by the employees themselves

The pay stubs printed from QuickBooks show the amount of paid time off that they employee earned for the period. The pay stubs on the ViewMyPaycheck site do not include this information....

It would be very helpful if an email address does not reach the recipient that we were advised of that.

As of right now I have no way of knowing if it is accurate.

Right now when you enter the mobile website of www.viewmypaycheck.com as an administrator you get all of the employees that you have ever had on your payroll brought up. This is not a site I utilize a lot but I do have to field some payroll questions when I am not at the office and to always scroll through every employee is not a great option especially on a phone. Thanks!

JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THIS IS AN AWESOME PAYCHECK SYSTEM. THE BREAK DOWN OF TAXES AND NET PAY IS FANTASTIC. WHAT A GREAT TOOL FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES. NICE JOB!

Your online access to W-2s does not work for users with a last name with apostrophes. I get an error 2005 message because I have a name that starts O'. It is extremely archaic for a website not to support common special characters for names. And now I have to have my employer change my name in the system to be spelt without an apostrophe just to use your site normally. So now my W2 forms, etc will technically have my named misspelled just so that I can view them. Terrible design, urgent issue.

Where do I locate my vacation or the amount of time off that I have use for the year

The main difficulty is getting the information that I want. Such as paystubs that are more than a few months old.

This web site constantly has problems logging in. I thought it was my computer but it was not. I thought it was my internet, it was not. I thought it was Firefox, it was not. I have tried several computers, different internet access and servers and both explorer and firefox. This is a great resource but unfortunately it never works
