The total hours of the pay period should total on the paystub. In addition to having the hours per pay item ie Sick, Vacation, Hourly, etc, they should all total at the bottom of the section next to the total gross pay for the paystub so the employee can see how many hours they are being paid for on the current stub without having to add for themselves.

Expand the ability to report the employer payroll taxes paid, employer healthcare benefits paid and other employer expenses which are typically hidden. This provides an improved underdstanding of the real cost to the employer, and better eductaes our employees.

Because you use the entire browser window/frame/tab, once the Flash app has been clicked, it owns keyboard focus. As such, it is important that basic keyboard inputs be processed by your app. Specifically, Control-W for close window; however, it would also be appropriate to process F11 for full screen toggle, Control-T for new tab, and Control-N for new window, and probably other keyboard navigation shortcuts. This is both an accessibility concern, and a usability concern for long-time computer users. Both small components of your userbase, I would assume, but important nonetheless.

The pie chart for YTD Income does not match the information detailed, it should be consistent with YTD income but instead represents YTD adjusted income- needs to be fixed. Also, the pie chart should be color consistent. Currently net pay in one chart is one color and a different color in a different chart.

Yes, a legend would be nice, but the two charts should use the same color scheme, eg blue should be net pay in BOTH charts

Create a report showing time by category (e.g. unpaid time worked)

On the Home tab, after logging in, each section of the display has a blue gradient bar. Overlaid is a graphic of text, with transparent background. Because the text was antialiased, it has whitish pixels all around it. This, plus it being roughly the same color as the background, makes it all but illegible. Poor graphic design and should have been resolved in QA. I'm using Flash 10.3.181.26.

Please show the current tax rates, so Employees can determine if the correct Medicare and Social Security Taxes are being withheld. Currently Employees are only being shown how much money is being withheld.
