provide an non-Flash alternative interface
Some of us have to use older computers or operating systems that don't support the very latest browsers or Flash plugin-ins. Paycheck info is vital information that ought not be restricted to devices that support Flash.
As an alternative, try our mobile site (also works from any computer) which does not require Flash:

Some of us simply will not install Flash. Curiously, my mobile device is able to download and display PDFs. Want to know what would be even better? If I received an electronic copy of my pay statement AUTOMATICALLY (kind of like I once received via USPS) and didn't need to mess around with another web site, another user name and password, another pull-service where the consumer meets the needs of the service provider.

Get rid of the flash object for display and use a normal browser interface. Mouse scrolling is unavailable. You have horizontal scroll bars on my screen which is not advisable. If normal HTML doesn't cut it for you, then use HTML5/CSS3 or Javascript or at the very least use the flash ONLY for those objects that need it... not the whole page. I like the layout, but I don't see anything that can't be built with a standard interface.

Just FYI- I wasn't able to view anything (except the red feedback tab) ever since I got a new computer. WELL, my IT guy came in after 20 minutes he was able to downscale the settings in IE to compensate with my monitor and now POOF I am able to see everything. Hope this might be helpful to some of you. Also he did say that he had issues viewing with Firefox until the setting change as well.

In a world where iPhone has taken over the world of smart phones, it surprises me to run into issues with mobile sites needing Flash. Fix this please.

I fully agree with this suggestion. Since this is the only way my employer provides Pay information, I can no longer get any information.

Technology has far out paced flash. How can I view this page with an Apple product??

With an apparently recent update to flash or chrome now nothing shows, other than the header, after logging in on both my personal PC and my PC at work. Adobe has made the decision to stop developing Flash after their next release.

+1 @Stephanie. Just wish it worked better with Chrome (only fills 1/4 of the screen)

I don't mind the flash, though it seems the way the flash is coded does not work well with Chrome. 1/4th of the screen shows the vital information while the rest of the window is blank with the small red feedback button.

As a company sys admin, we really have more things to do than constantly update the Adobe Flash player so employees can view their pay stubs. How many? On zdnet posted 10/10, how about 17 in 16 months? Or better yet, 13 in the last 8 months. We get paid bi-weekly, so there is practically an update every pay period. There isn't even an update warning until the user accesses the site. The we get a flood of emails asking to install the update. Do you know what it takes to get a distributable Flash update from Adobe? We checked the mobile logon too. Not enough info. Does Intuit really need Flash player to view a static page?

Flash ... seriously? .... why. I just need to look at my paycheck, why put that information into a flash player ... theres seriously no point in that.
