um, let the site work with Opera...
Please fix your xml to let the site work with the Opera browser. I'm fine and can tweak it but then it won't work on the secure end. Opera's more secure than IE!

Allow mobile users to change employee/company being viewed
Some users have access to view paychecks from multiple employees in potentially multiple companies.
Once the user picks a company and employee, they can't change it without reloading/logging back in.
Add UI to the mobile app to allow them to change them.

Do not state W2's are available when company has elected not to upload W2 info.
As a company, we have elected not to upload W2 information but everything on the website states differently. This creates a lot of confusion for the employee and a lot of work for the admin in replying to all the questions about W2's. At a minimum, would be nice if there was something stating this feature not available or have it greyed out.

Allow employees to disable email notifications of new pay stubs
Employees should be able to turn off the email notifications of new pay stubs if they choose to.

Make iPhone buttons work properly
When you type your password you should be able to tap Go on the iPhone keyboard to activate the login.

When send email to employees, a copy of email is also sent back to the sender, ie employer
I want to make sure the emails sent to employees, when I update payroll is getting to them. I would like each email notification sent to my employees to also be sent to me. Some of my employees complain they are not getting their emails.

Along with the email notifications, have an option to include net deposit on that email.
Many employees want a quick look at the net check amount that is being deposited into their account on payday. This would help. They can log into VMP later to see detail.

Provide W-2 viewing after download and not require paycheck setup.
Why do I need to setup payroll after W-2 information has already been downloaded. All I really wanted to see is the W-2 information for our company.

Allow users who just switched service (to Assisted) to still upload W-2s for the prior year
For example, for 2010 W-2s, allow employers to continue uploading W-2s. When they switch over to Assisted, this feature is no longer available as Intuit does the W-2 processing for these employers.

Ability to attach supporting docs
